First Post!

So after many weeks of pondering on what I want this blog to be about I have finally decided. This blog will be where you guys can follow me along in my journey to eat healthier and exercise more! I will be posting about the new foods I try as well as exercise routines and fun things to do to keep myself active. Not only does this benefit myself but hopefully it helps someone else out there as well. So finally I can say, hello!
